Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation Before Scheduled Moving Date

Customers can cancel the booking anytime before the scheduled moving date. Cancellation charges will apply as per the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation Time	Refund Eligibility
Within 24 hours of booking	100% Refund of Advance
After 24 hours but before 72 hours	50% Refund of Advance
After 72 hours	No Refund

3. Cancellation After Service Started

No refund will be applicable if the cancellation is requested after the service has commenced or after the vehicle/labour has reached the pickup location.

4. Mode of Cancellation

To cancel your booking, kindly contact us through any of the following:

Please mention your Booking ID / Reference Number for faster processing.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
