At Agarwal Worldwide Relocation, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for our relocation and transportation services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels the booking before the scheduled moving date, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.

2. Service Not Delivered

If services are not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances from our side (natural disasters, strike, technical issues), a full or partial refund may be provided depending on the situation.

3. Advance Payment Refund

In case of cancellation after paying the advance booking amount, the refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation is requested:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund of advance.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but before 72 hours: 50% refund of advance.
  • Cancellation after 72 hours: No refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already availed/started.
  • Cancellation after the truck or labour has reached the pickup location.
  • Customer delays or incorrect information provided.
  • Damage due to customer’s negligence.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [your email].
  • The refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days after verification and approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
